CTS T4 Fix not enabled on my package

As of last week, I was able to use CTS with version 2348. I renewed my package and now I'm being told my package does not support CTS at all, even with the older version of SC. Is that a new change?

Yes. We were not aware anyone was using CTS. There was a permission change related to this. Who is your broker? And what exchanges are you trading. Thanks for getting back to me. Broker is Marex (formerly Dowd Wescott, EDF Mann). I use SC to trade CME, CBOT, NYMEX primarily. |

No we cannot do that change, for an individual account. CTS support has been removed more than two years ago. We want to deliver a high standard of service to our users. We have Teton order routing and Marex is in the process of adding support for that: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing We have been actively working with them on that At this time please just trade through the CTS T4 software and use Sierra Chart for charting only following these instructions below: To access historical and streaming market data independent from your Trading service. Follow these instructions. Update Sierra Chart to the current version: Software Download: Fast Update Set "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service" to "SC Data-All Services". Press "OK" And then translate the symbols in your Chartbooks and Sierra Chart using this "Edit' menu command: Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service (Translate Symbols to Current Service) You can then use the data provided by Sierra Chart independent of your trading service. --- You will also need to activate the exchanges that you need here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed If you are considered a professional, the exchange fee could be avoided through netting. Hi DDC, we would expect Teton Order Routing to be available at Marex (formerly ED&F Man) in the short term. It is in the lap of the Marex and a Hedge Fund (that uses Sierra Chart), I will follow up with them.
