new telegram symbol alert not working

having been a big fan of your simple, efficient email alert service I went now through the setup procedure here (Notice: Sierra Chart Alert App and Telegram Replacing Email/SMS Alerts) for the new telegram chat alert. I upgraded to SC2614, followed all the steps and got a SierraChartTelegramChat bot message: Your Sierra Chart username is attached successfully. However if i set a symbol alert the alert appears in the chat window (in SC) but not on my Telegram chat. What am I missing please? I don't know why it was decided to stop email-alerts but it would be very helpful if those can be enabled again. Thank you. |

I have tried, it is still not working. I see the alerts in the Chat Window in SC but they are not being replicated in telegram. Tried to do the whole setup again but getting the attached alert. Also, if i run multiple SC instances will I have to setup this for every instance? Thanks |

In the Sierra Chart Chat window, if you select the group chat you set up for alerts, and then select Commands >> Edit Group Chat, is Relay to Telegram set to yes?
