Is there a way to change to Quote Board indicator to something that is more visible or even just the cell itself. As it is very difficult to see the tiny +/- symbol. Ideally if the cell could be highlighted would be the best.

There is not another option for this. We have set this as a "Feature Request". Just keep in mind that we can not say when we would get to any particular request.
