Cannot assign shortcut to "Scale Range: Automatic"

After I upgrade to version 2611, my previous shortcut for "Scale Range: Automatic" is gone and when I try to assign from the "Customize Keyboard Shortcuts" windows again, there is no change after clicking the 'assign' button.
