What is Windows, Control Bar - Chart ?

In the "Windows" menu there is a "Control Bars - Chart". These are all grayed out, whereas the regular Control Bars are selectable. I could not find in the documentation what "Control Bars - Chart" is, and how I might use it. Do you have anything on this? |

This is functional at this time. It applies to charts which are to attached to the main window of Sierra Chart.
