hello dear, sorry to trouble you, i notice that i am receiving delayed data in both copies, one copy uses interactive broker data without sierra support, the other copy uses sc data with sierra support, but we both receive delayed data, what is the reason for that? can you pls help?

bte, i just logged in to my interactive broker account which i know i need to do at least once a month

We can not answer the question about Interactive Brokers data. That is something you need to ask them about.

But as for the data from us, you are not setup to get real-time data for the NASDAQ TotalView exchange, and the image your provided is for data from that exchange (QQQ-NQTV).

You should not have any issue with data from the CME Group, as you have that exchange active and everything in your account looks good.
