Chart problem with time frame 60min od Dow Jones index

Hello, I sent in the attachment princ screen with the problem when I change to 60 minutes chart on this instrument it shows me 1 hour chart from xx:15 but it should show me a candle for a whole hour. For example, 1 hour candle should start at 15:00 not from 15:15. How can I change it? Regards
