Intraday futures data from IB not downloading

Everything was working fine last Friday (3/8). Today (3/13) is the first day since then I have started up my instance of Sierra which uses Interactive Brokers futures data. On startup, when Sierra attempts to download intraday futures data (example: for NQ-202406-CME), the message "Downloading Historical Data. Bars may not appear until done.", but the no data arrives and after a LONG (many minutes) delay, the download is cancelled with an error message in the log file from Interactive Brokers. I updated from version 2604 to 2611 but this did not fix the problem. Did the changes you're making for IB stock data inadvertently break futures data downloads? Do I need to alter some settings? You need to activate the exchange that you need here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed After that: Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download" from the main Sierra Chart menu. You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart. This command is on the main Sierra Chart menu at the top. Only use it from that location.
