Rollover from MNQH24 to MNQM24, huge gap of missing data. Version 2528

As others have pointed out with the NQ contracts and ES contracts, the rollover from March to June has caused huge gap of missing data. I went through the day yesterday actually thinking there was indeed a gap, but as I opened my charts this morning, the gap is in a completely different area and everything is wrong.

I am using Continuous Futures Contract - Volume based rollover, Back Adjusted.

I am on version 2528.

I did the usual "Delete all data and download" and wiped everything out, but the gap is still there.

Thoughts?

At this time I don't know if the gap I'm seeing now is an actual gap or if the issue isn't resolved. Did we gap up on NQ overnight?

I had the same issue and simply downloaded the latest version of the software, followed by a "delete all data and download". That solved the issue for me!

I ended up having to delete my entire SC folder and reinstall the whole thing.. saved my config files though so I didn't have to do too much to get back up and running. That was frustrating, yesterday all my volume profiles were screwed up and I thought my data was accurate, horrible trading day that made no sense.

All good now though.

You just need to update to the current version:
Software Download: Fast Update

Open a separate chart for the March 2024 contract of whatever underlying futures symbol you are charting. Make sure that chart is up-to-date and there is no missing data.

And also make sure you disable Use Custom Symbol Settings Values in case you have modified the rollover rules.

You definitely did not have to do any type of reinstall at all. That will not help.

And make sure you understand, at each day in the chart what contract month you are looking at.:

I also have the large gap on ES & NQ June 2024 charts after the rollover. There is no missing data on the March 2024 contract.

I have Cont Futures Contract - Date Rule Rollover , Back Adjusted. I roll over manually.

I rolled over & have the Latest Version 2611.

I followed all the above instructions and after Delete & Download (done starting 3/7) the gap remains.

I have had SC for years & have NEVER seen this occur. I have been unable to trade all week due to this issue.

Please advise further as the above advice did not solve my problem.
