Wondering if there is an indicator that can run in a chart (in a separate pane) that color codes a bull/bear bias based on a reading from another indicator. For example if price above x moving average AND Y moving average, color code one color, if both criteria not met, color code a different color, etc.

Attached is a Study Collection that does what you are asking for. You can change the size of the subgraphs in the Spreadsheet Formulas to make the items taller or shorter in the area. We removed the display of the study information for the region, but you can turn it on if you want. Start with this collection and modify, or use it as a learning space, to get what you want. To do this, you need to have at least two different values, which means turning on the option for "Show Zero Values" in a Spreadsheet Formula and then adjusting the scale, and then turning this option off again.
