rithmic historical data access denied sierra chart

It loads the daily data fine, but only that timeframe, otherwise it says "Download failed; Error downloading intraday data for ESM4.CME. Historical data logon error: permission denied." Im using Topstep/Rithmic. It's fine on other problems, it happens only on sierra. I tried resolving it like on other tickets but it doesn't work. Now it's sort of capturing data but only from the point I turned Sierra chart on. And it doesn't allow me to change the data from which I want to download the data. |

In general, Rithmic has a lack of historical data, so it is not unusual for you to not be getting the data from when you are not connected. But, it may be that you have a typo in your Username/Password for the "Historical Data" entries on the Data/Trade Service Settings.
