I'm getting this error in my alert log for some reason. This was working with no problem until a few weeks ago, I've only looked at the log just now to see. I've been having alerts sent to my google mail since I've used it. The alert settings haven't changed in the main menu. What could be the issue?

I'm having some trouble finding the chat window when I go File->Open chat window

I am looking at my taskbar, and also the task manager to look for the process, not sure what to look for though.

I was able to get the SC chat working (I'm using sim-mode to test, and am receiving notifications), I also successfully attached my username to the telegram bot. However I am not receiving the alerts in telegram (they are showing up in the chat window though)

I have the same issue.. everything set up. Chat is working, telegram says it attached my username successfully. Alerts are working, but no telegram message once the alert is triggered. Help would be very much appreciated.

I downloaded the most recent version of SC but I'm still having the same issue as everyone else...everything set up. Chat is working, telegram says it attached my username successfully. Alerts are working, but no telegram message once the alert is triggered. How was this resolved for others?

Start by checking your Chat. Are the Alerts being sent to your Chat program? If they are not showing up there, then you need to redo the instructions related to getting the Alerts sent to the Chat window. Refer to Steps 1-15 at the following link:
Chat and Communications Platform: Using Chat for Remote Alert Notifications

If you are getting the alerts in the Chat, then redo the instructions starting at Step #18 at the above link.

I am receiving alerts to my chart chat. I redid the instructions starting at step #18 (to detach from the SC Telegram Chat bot), re-attached it, and received a notice that I successfully attached my username. But I'm still not getting alerts to Telegram.
