Cannot download data for IB Symbols GVZ-IND-CBOE & OVX-IND-CBOE in Instance 2

I cannot download data for Interactive Brokers Symbols GVZ-IND-CBOE (CBOE Gold Volatility Index) & OVX-IND-CBOE (CBOE Crude Oil Volatility Index) in Instance 2. I am able to download data for these IB Symbols in Instance 1 but not in Instance 2. I get the following error message in Instance 2: Symbol settings not found for current service. Please add these symbols to the Find Symbol >> Available Symbols >> IB Indexes list as well. I am running SC Version 2598. Please review. Thanks in advance.
