I started Sierra a few days ago and some of my charts are missing data and time. I checked my settings compared to the correct charts I have open and all the times matched. I went to past discussions about this and believe I have all the right settings. Then I deleted al my data....."Edit/Delete all data and download". Now my charts only display from when I deleted data moving forward. No that I have deleted all my data how can I get that back as well? I will attach my chart settings.

Answering this in reverse - with regards to your charts not showing older data after you deleted it, this is due to the Rithmic data that you are using. There is no way to recover that data.

The only real solution to this is to use our Denali Exchange Data Feed for your data. Refer to the following:

So, I still have the original problem when I open my charts I only get data from when I open my charts. I get data from the previous day...almost like I am not getting the after hours session in my chart. This time break is marked by the "vertical grid" line. Can you take a look at my pictures and give me more advice? I believe my chart time settings are correct I have the same settings as a friend and his charts..in regards to the session times. Also, I have also toggled "Use Evening/Full Session" and that doesn't seem to help. Any help would be amazing I will pay for the remote assistance service if you have it available?

We see that you have setup the Denali data for the CME Group, and everything on your account looks good. So you should not be having this occur.

Please get us your Message Log by following these instructions:
