Symbol Settings not working in different Instances.

I have my Main Instance, Symbol settings>> Use These Symbols Settings in New Instances when started un-checked. But they are still being used in my other instances, all other instances the box is also un-checked, I want all the instances to have their own symbol settings but looks like they all take it from the main instance. What am I doing wrong?

Initially the sub instance will use the Symbol Settings from the main instance. Exit from the sub instance and delete the SymbolSettings subfolder in that installation folder. And when the sub instance starts again, update the symbol settings.
