"I have an active trading account, but I'm facing an issue where I'm unable to place live trades. As soon as I hit the button to trade live, it automatically takes me back to simulation mode. This is extremely frustrating and I expect a prompt resolution to this issue. Kindly explain why this is happening and provide a solution as soon as possible."

This is happening because you are not connected to your live trading account. Your Current Selected Service is set to "SC Data - All Services", and this means that you only have access to our data, so when you try to change to live trading, the system puts you back in Simulation Mode since there is nothing to trade with.

If you tell us what trading service you are using, we can point you to the proper instructions to connect
