Dear Sirs, I have two problems with the new version on 8. Aug: 1. Changing Service of Data Trade service setting does not sva ewhat I want to save from TT - FIX to AMP/TTnet. Every time I must change the setting 2. I can not cancel the order in DOM (PLease check my attachement) Thanks for help |

Neither of these are specific to the particular version of Sierra Chart you are running. And more importantly neither of these are Sierra Chart issues. 1. This is because your Sierra Chart account is provided by a reseller and they control the service to use. You cannot change it. You need to have your own direct account: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_DirectAccount.html 2. This is going to be a server issue. That order is in an Order Sent state because it was never acknowledged by the Server. Go to the main window and select Trade >>Refresh Trade Data from Service.
