You are not setup to get any data from us, therefore all the data is coming from Rithmic at this time for you. You either get the data from Rithmic or from us, there is no ability to get historical data from one source and real-time data from another. Given that Rithmic has issues with their historical data, we would recommend using our Denali Exchange Data Feed rather than Rithmic. Just keep in mind that if you are wanting data for the CME Group, then you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account in order to qualify for the non-professional exchange fees. And you need to be able to connect your Sierra Chart software to that account at least once a month. Refer to the following: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges Once you have the above worked out, then you can activate the CME Group data by following these instructions: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* If you want data for EUREX, CFE, or U.S. Equities, then follow the instructions at the following link: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: All Other Exchanges* For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

For the CME Group data, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account in order to qualify for the non-professional data. One option is to pay for the Professional data, but it is very expensive. We recommend the solution outlined at the following link: Easy Solution to CME Funded Trading Account Requirement For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
