I have paid for CME but cannot activate it. Its asking for another payment

I have paid the CME data twice and signed everything. I however am not able to get it to activate. Please advise.

We do not understand what you mean by "I have paid the CME data twice...".

Right now, you have a Services Surplus balance of $0.00, so you do not have any funds to be able to activate an exchange. You need to have the funds in your account prior to being able to activate an exchange. You can add funds at the following link:

You can then activate the CME exchange(s) at the following link:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges

Just be aware that you also need to connect your Sierra Chart to your live, funded, futures trading account. You have not done this yet, as your "Verified Until" date is currently showing as "0000-00-00". You can view this date at the same link above for the exchanges.

We do want to point out that you have activated the following exchanges:
- CFE
- NASDAQ TotalView
- U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape

If you are referring to these as the exchanges you activated for the CME Group, then these are not the correct exchanges. You have to activate the CME Group exchanges on the page for those exchanges as given above.
