How to Order a Second subscription for Data Feed

I want to run Sierra Chart on 2 separate computers and trade in different accounts. Do I need a second data feed subscription to do this? If so, how do I pay for a second data feed subscription in the same account?

Since you want to do this on a second computer, you do need to setup and pay double for the exchange fees. To do this, follow the instructions at the following link: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed on Two Computers Simultaneously Be aware that when you set the option to "2 systems" you are immediately charged the full monthly cost of all exchanges you have active with us. Also, if you setup a second installation on the same computer, you do not have this extra fee. You can have up to 3 separate installations of Sierra Chart on the same computer receiving the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed at the same time. Thank you. I see that I can use up to 3 connections of the Denali Data feed on the same computer. How do I do that? I assume I would have to download 2 instances of Sierra Chart on the same computer?

You are allowed to have 3 different installations of Sierra Chart accessing the data directly from our Denali Exchange Data Feed at the same time. To do this, you would have separate installations of Sierra Chart on the same computer. Refer to the following for how to install additional Sierra Charts: Using Multiple Data and Trading Services at the Same Time: Step-By-Step Instructions to Install Multiple Copies of Sierra Chart Note that the above is for completely separate installations. You can have as many instances running by using "File >> New Instance", as these get the data from the main installation and connect to the same trading service as the main instance.
