I would like to use Denali for stock data but use Ib for futures and indexes. How do I accomplish this?

This can be done. All you need to do is to activate the stock data exchange that you want and do not activate the other exchanges. You will get the real-time data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed for the exchanges that you have active with us, and you will get any other data from your connected trading/data provider (Interactive Brokers in this case). Just make sure the option for "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support For Sierra Chart Data Feeds" is set to "Yes".
