Good evening, Yesterday I set up the Teton order Routing and purchased service package 10. My vwap chart is working correctly but my market profile chart is blank. There is full information at the top of the chart but price at 0 and cannot scroll up to the current price of the pair. I believe that I have made all the correct general changes need hence my vwap chart is working. Please advise. Regards James |

You are on the "Integrated Base" package (package 10). The TPO study is not available with this package. You need to be on one of the "Advanced" packages to have access to this study (along with a few others). Refer to the following: Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Integrated Packages To change your package, select the following link and then select the package you want from the menu to the left, then select the "Update/Set" button. When you change your package, only your remaining Usage Time is affected based on the difference in price of the packages.
