Hello, For the past two days my DOM data for "ESH4" Symbol is now showing. It is only showing one line on Bid and Ask. https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1709655024744.png I have reviewed the support board and followed various steps such as updating the global settings > symbol settings. Disconnected and reconnected multiple times with no luck. Please help. Thanks. |

You have not connected to your live, funded, futures trading account recently, therefore your "Verified Until" date is in the past (2024-02-21) and you are not getting the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed due to this. Once you connect to your live, funded, futures trading account, you will get the data from us, which includes the Market Depth data.
