Hi, I transferred $60 this morning to seirrachart in order to renew Denali, Im checking now and my balance is $2 2 questions 1- why my balance is $2? 2- do I need to keep Denali Data feed subscription even if I have CQG data feed connected to Sierra? |

1. You can view the transactions for your account at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=TransactionLog 2. We do not have support for CQG data for The CME Group and EUREX. So if you are wanting data for either of these exchanges, then you will have to get that data from us. thank you, I paid for Denali exchange but when I log in to Sierra chart, I get notification that Denali service is expired and "Not connected"
