I have attached screenshot of footprint chart for 2-21-24. Screenshot is comparing footprint in Ninjatader vs sierra and if you look at 1-min footprint from both, the candlestick color + bid ask data of footprint + the numbers bar data below footprint chart Delta etc. is different See following times - 8:34 AM - 8:35 AM - 8:36 AM - 8:40 AM Date Time Of Last Edit: 2024-03-03 17:42:23

We see you are using CQG market data. So we cannot help with that. We have removed support for CME and EUREX market data from CQG and you need to use the Denali Data Feed. Activate the exchange that you need here : https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed Once that is done, restart Sierra Chart and re-download the data: Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download" from the main Sierra Chart menu. You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart. This command is on the main Sierra Chart menu at the top. Only use it from that location. And then you can be assured that everything is 100% accurate. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. We stand behind our data, and we will not look into any comparison with another system. You would have to compare to the data from the exchange itself. At least look at the High/Low of the bars to see if they match what the exchange shows.

Yes, this is not within the scope of our support. As long as you have a tick by tick data configuration in Sierra Chart, then the data you see within Numbers Bars is definitely correct. Set Sierra Chart to a Tick by Tick Data Configuration. Follow the instructions here to do this: Tick by Tick Data Configuration And if you have questions about Numbers Bars Calculated Values, how all of those are calculated is explained here: Numbers Bars: Numbers Bars Calculated Values Subgraph Descriptions Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
