Hello, Over the years I’ve noticed the only time I’ve had any sort of performance issue is when my platform is not currently up to date. And the only method I’m aware of is to manually check the version update page. Is there a way to create an alert telling me a platform update is available? Thanks, Tom |

Sometimes we put out update notices which you will see when you restart Sierra Chart and then you will get the System Notification Window indicating there is a new version available. If you have performance issues, refer to: High CPU Usage | Inactive User Interface | Poor Performance | Long Time to Load Chart Data | Charts Reloading Often An update is not necessarily going to help. Usually not. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. Try to keep your questions brief and to the point.
