Hi, On one of my chart books I have regions data line in the chart header. In two other chart books I have it only displays chg and DChg. I have checked: 1. Display main price graph values in values windows are set to yes. 2. All region data lines are set to visible. 3. Dude study inputs on charts are set to No 4. Customize chart header has the selections I want. First screenshot shows the chart header how I have it on one chartbook and the second shows how it is on my other chartbook. Thanks you for your help |

The control for what is shown in the Header is under "Global Settings >> Customize Chart Header - Standard" or "Global Settings >> Customize Chat Header - Trade DOM" depending on whether you are wanting to make changes for charts or for Trade DOMs. Refer to the following: Global Settings Menu: Customize Chart Header - Standard (Global Settings menu) But this is a global setting, so there is not a way to have it show differently in different chartbooks, unless you have separate installations. Sorry I should have mentioned. I have the global settings set as I would like and all of the charts are from the same installation

It's hard for us to tell from the images, but what it looks like is that the Chart Text Color is set to black for the one that only shows the red "Change" and "Daily Change". Check your color settings for that chart in "Chart >> Graphics Settings - Chart" and see what the Chart Text is set to.

Thank you very much this fixed the problem. I had checked the global graphic settings but I was unaware of further graphic settings for each chart. I appreciate your help.

Hello, I am not able to see the Region Data Line in some charts, instead I can see it in the others. 1) I have checked Chart Setting > Regions > Region Number1 > is set on Visible 2) Checked the Chart Header Settings 3) Chart Text Color Seems everything is fine, but I can still not able to see the header. I have attached three screenshot. Please could you help me? Thanks BR. Claudio |

Please get us an image of a chart that does not show the header and a chart that does by following these instructions: Support Board Posting Information: Attaching or Posting a Screenshot/Image (Optional) Also, the chart in which you took the image of the Graphics Settings is using Global Graphics settings, not the chart specific ones. So you would need to check the global graphics to see if they are set such that you would not see the header. Thanks for replying. I undestood the problem. In order to use an indicator I have set <Use OnelGL for Chart Graphics> and the Region Data Line is disappeared. I noticed this setup slows down the fluidity of the DOM. Fo you have any suggestion? |

Using OpenGL should not make the Chart Header Line disappear. Nor should this have any effect on the DOM. What kind of graphics card do you have in your computer? If it is not a GeForce card, then we wonder if this may be why you are seeing an issue with the Chart Header while using OpenGL. With regards to the DOM, refer to the following to start, and then expand into the other areas on that page for more things to look into: High CPU Usage | Inactive User Interface | Poor Performance | Long Time to Load Chart Data | Charts Reloading Often: 30.58 - Using Sierra Chart Timers for Faster Updates For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
