Hello . I just purchased "Base advanced" subscription but cant chart ES mini futures. Cn you help me with that please? Thank you.

What exactly are you using for the symbol for the chart? If your service is setup for "SC Data - All Services", then the current front contract symbol would be ESH24-CME.
