Proper way to get data?

I am trying to get intraday data from 2017 to present day. Some charts will load the correct amount if I put in the start date and end date into the chart. But if I use the same dates on other charts it will default to 2022? Number of days will not work. If I put in 4000 days it will not load 4000 days. If I switch to load from date range and put in 2017/01/10 to 20232/02/23 it will load 2017/01/10 to 2017/08/19 ?? not sure why it does that? I have deleted data and reload for the edit menu. Not sure if there is an exact procedure ???

What is one symbol for which you are having this issue? In particular we need to know if this a Future or Equity symbol.

GBPAUD, AUDJPY, EURCAD GBPCAD will not load if I try to edit data from a date but EURNZD and EURJPY do.
