Possible to use Quote Board to change displayed symbol and trading symbol?

If not, this would be a terrific enhancement. I'd like to click on a symbol on a quote board, say AAPL or ESH4. I'd like that to set the symbol on linked charts to AAPL and trading symbol to STK-AAPL-SMART. Maybe I'd also like to click on ESH4 and set the chart to display ESH4 and set the trading symbol to MESH4. Is this possible to do today? |

If you want a specific "Trade and Current Quote Symbol" when you change the symbol, then yes, you would have to update or define symbol settings to have the "Trade and Current Quote Symbol" setup as you want for the main symbol. There is some support for replacement characters in the Trade and Current Quote symbol, specifically ? for the contract month and # (or ##) for the 1 (or 2) digit year, but this only works for futures. There is not a way to do this for the generic stock symbols (like ???? that is the symbol settings used for any 4 character stock, such as AAPL).
