Open Orders with Trading Service when exiting - None Found

After I closed my positions and exited - Sierra prompted me with a window that says "You have open orders with your trading service." When I checked R Trader Pro on Rithmic, I couldn't find any open positions. Is this an error? How do I verify that everything is closed
