Hello,

See picture attached. I have a gap in data from 17.08 to 06.09 on instance 2 only. This is CL.

I've tried deleting and downloading from that date and the gap still appears. What else can I do?

Thank you

Make sure the data is present in your Main Instance. If any data is missing in the Main Instance, then redownload it by following these instructions:
Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Retrying the Download When There is Data in the Chart

Then when the data is correct in the Main Instance, then do the same instructions above in the sub-instance.

Hello,

That's strange, I've tried that and I still have the same data gaps.

The first data gap (see picture attached) is in CL from 08-17 to 09-06, when I try to edit/download data the software doesn't let me download from previous dates to 08-17.

Maybe with this info you can help me out a bit more?

Thank you

First, make sure that the main instance has this data. If the main instance shows it properly, then the sub-instance should as well, or at least it should after you do a "Delete and Download Data".

If the main instance is missing the data, then you need to get the data into that instance first by following the instructions given previously. Then you can get the data to the sub-instance.

If the main instance has the data then you should be able to get it into the sub-instance. If you are using the option for "Delete and Download Data" in the Sub-Instance and it has not filled in the data, then select "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". If this is a Continuous Futures Contract, then select the appropriate contracts that have the missing data and see if this will resolve your issue.
