Recently, I often miss prices, the bid price is missing in the attached photo. What can be the reason?

Where are you referencing that the Bid price is missing?

you can see of offer at 4978.25, but no bid

That is the last trade price, which happens to align to the Ask at that moment. There is a Graphics Option that will color the Prices from the Best Bid to the Best Ask. Refer to the following: Customizing Fonts, Colors, Line Styles, and Widths for Chart Trading, Chart DOM, and Trade DOM: Chart DOM Best Bid/Ask Box Background If you want to view the Best Bid and Best Ask prices specifically, then add the "Bid & Ask Prices" study to the chart and enable the "Value Label" in the "Right Side Values Scale" for both the subgraphs. If you do not want to see the lines, then set the "Draw Style" for these subgraphs to "Ignore".
