connection problems Sierra Chart with proptrading account

Hey guys,
i bought a trading account from 4proptrader. i used the informations in the e-mail to do the stuff i had to. connecting rithmic trader pro, sign up the documents and after that i started sierra chart.
just a normal day until i copied the datafeed username and password in sierra chart. first nothing loaded. after changing server in rithmic trader pro, the ES loaded. but CL and GC is still deniing the permission of loading every data.

what is the problem? how can i fix it? i will only trade my account. never thought this will be that much complicated.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks".

Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.

tanks.
after talking to 4proptrader, they unlocked the markets and it works very well.
but there is still one problem.
the YM (dow jones) doesn't work. i only have a message on the chart with permision denied. how can i solve that? 4proptrader told me there is no problem from their side, it should work.

If you are getting a "Permission Denied" error from Rithmic, then refer to the following:
Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Permission Denied Resolution Procedure

Although what you are stating is very confusing to us, as it does not make any sense that you would get this error for a specific chart. You should get the error in general.

Go through the above, and see if it resolves your issue. If not, then we would need to see your Message Log by following these instructions:

yesterday all worked very well.

but today my downloading of the historical intraday data doesn't work

Using our Denali Exchange Data Feed is our recommended solution. You can use the Denali Exchange Data Feed with your Prop Firm.

But, to do this, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account in order to qualify for the non-professional exchange fees - and you need to be able to connect to that account at least once a month with your Sierra Chart software. Refer to the following regarding this:

If you do not have an account that will qualify for the above, then we recommend the solution outlined at the following link:

Once you work out the above, then to setup the Denali Exchange Data Feed for The CME Group, follow these instructions:

Once you have the above setup, then be sure to remove the entries for the Username/Password for the "Market Data" and "Historical Data" on the "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings" for Rithmic. This can help with alleviating the "Permission Denied" error.
