Hello Sierra Chart team, I have been using spreadsheets for a while and the following issue occurred to me this week and I can't fix it. I have a chart of QQQ with the Add Additional Symbol studies for all the symbols in the QQQ, the I use a spreadsheet study to calculate simple math calculations, for the past few days ONLY row 4 for all 101 additional symbols show a random OHLC price and volume Zero. I have tried to use all download historical data, delete download historical data, reload historical data and reload and recalculate historical data in the Edit menu of the chart but random values remain the same. Thank you for your feedback. |

Thank you for your link and information. I made sure calculation precedence and order are respected, but the most remarkable of my issue is that the OHLC data doesn't update ONLY for yesterday's data ( row 4 ) for all Add Additional Symbol studies, but for the rest of the days is perfectly fine. So the issue is not that is not updating ( row 3 and 5 to end are ok ), is just the OHLC data on row 4 the one that has the issue. There must be something else that I can check, why the row OHCL data for line 4 is not updating for all Add Additional Symbol studies? Thanks for your support. |

Please try adding a new Spreadsheet Study and see if you have the same issue.

Thanks for your reply. I closed all Chartbooks. Open and new Daily chart of XLY. (Daily #1) Used 5 times Add Additional Symbol Study in (Daily #1) Then created Spreadsheet Study in (Daily #1) And as you can see I have the same issue, "row 4" doesn't update OHLC data, even in the chart there is no candle. * See 2024-02-22 attachment Trying to find the solution for this issue, I found that ONLY when I manually go to Find Symbol, and Open Historical Chart of any of those 5 symbols, at the moment it finishes downloading the Historical chart (blue message), then the data is overwritten on row 4 in the Spreadsheet Study. *See 2024-02-22 2 attachment Is like when I manually load the historical chart is pushing to update row 4. Thanks for your feedback. |

We are not able to reproduce this. The Volume information shows properly for row 4 for the Add Additional Symbol in the Spreadsheet. When you open a new Spreadsheet Study it uses a name of "DefaultSpreadsheetStudy". It's possible that you have a saved copy of this spreadsheet on your system that somehow has an issue with displaying that data. If you are not using that particular name for any spreadsheets that you have, then please exit from Sierra Chart and go into your "Data" folder under your main Sierra Chart installation folder, and if you have a file named 'DefaultSpreadsheetStudy.scss' then remove it from your system. Then restart Sierra Chart and do not open a chartbook, rather open a new chart for any symbol, and add an "Add Additional Symbol" study and then add the "Spreadsheet Study" to that chart and see if the numbers are showing properly. Thanks for your reply again. I think we can bring the issue one step before, see the attachment, even without the spreadsheet I have the issue. When I add the Add Additional Symbol Study, OHLC data is missing ONLY for yesterday, and it just repeats the Close Price of the day before yesterday into yesterdays OHLC. So, What can I do to solve the "Add Additional Symbol Study" not loading yesterday's OHLCV data? Thank you. |
