We need to know what the columns are that you are comparing. In your video you point to the two columns in Sierra Chart and two columns in the other system. It sounds like the columns on Sierra Chart are the Recent Bid/Ask columns. If this is correct, then refer to the following: Global Trade Settings Windows: Recent Bid Volume - Left/Center/Right Aligned In particular, note that these values reset when price moves away and then comes back to that level. You need to ensure that you are comparing to the same thing on the other system. Yes i am referring to the recent bid/ask columns. I am familiar with how these columns reset both systems do the same thing. I am sure you can see the difference in the two. SC is not showing nowhere near the same data at the same price I sent a video so you can watch it and it is obvious anyone can see the difference even if a person doesn't know anything about the DOM or trading. There is a big difference and everyone else has seen it and the first time I show them how is it you dont seem to understand????? Are you going to give me a solution or not? SC DOM is nowhere nearing showing the numbers that are hitting the bid and lifting the offer like I said anyone can see that. Can you tell me why and what needs to be done to fix it? I would really appreciate a solution to the issue. This has been an on going issue for a long time now and I have not been trading with your platform because of it. Thank you |

We can not tell you why it is different, as we do not know how the other system is doing their calculations and it is not something we would look into. We can tell you that our calculations are correct for what the column is. Also be aware of the following settings that affect the Recent Ask/Bid volume columns: Global Trade Settings Windows: Reset Recent Bid/Ask Volume on Bid/Ask Change (Global Settings >> Chart DOM Settings >> Other >> Other Settings) Global Trade Settings Windows: Recent Bid Ask Volume Timeout in Milliseconds (Global Settings >> Chart DOM Settings >> Other >> Other Settings) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

As i mentioned in a previous message the difference is substantial it is not like it only a tick or two. The jig saw dom has the same setting. Do you think it could be the difference in the feed? With SC I have Denali , my jig saw I use Rithmic??

It could be the data feed, it could be differences in how the systems display the information, there are a number of possibilities, and that is really our point. It is not something we can look into - we are not going to contact Jigsaw and ask them for how they handle this. We can only tell you how we handle this and it is up to you to determine how to use the system from that information.
