I have the chart set to Interactive Sale Range. I'm holding down the crtl key, clicking on the right side scale and trying to slide the chart up or down. It lets me slide it a little ways, but then "skips" back to where it was and I can't move it lower or higher. This is happening only on my point and figure charts.

Do you have Chart >> Logarithmic Scale enabled? Although it does not sound like this is the problem. We cannot duplicate this problem. No that's not enabled. Can I send you a video of what's happening? Or would that not help?

Video is attached. You can see how I can drag the chart down for a bit but after a point, it will no longer move and just skips. I can't get it any lower than that 1838 level. This is important since I may have drawings from years ago off to the left that I want to see but I can't get the chart down to those levels.

You cannot infinitely move the price scale up or down. There is definitely a limit. So what you are seeing is normal. What we recommend doing is switching to Interactive Scale Range and compress the prices. After that move the scale up and down to see a wider range of prices.
