to replicate this bug, YOU MUST FIRST DETACH THE CHART WINDOW. this is a must! now in this detached chart, attach a control bar. now try hovering your mouse pointer over the area where the control bar exists OR where the title bar exists (the area with the 'minimize' 'maximize' 'close' buttons). when doing this, you will see that the "Hide Chart Values Tool when Pointer not Over Chart setting" does not work. |

I noticed something change with this behaviour too, before when you went over the trade window the crosshair disappeared but now it doesn't. Now you have to move to the edge of the screen for it to disappear. It's not that much of an issue but its annoying now

previously when you placed the mouse cursor over the y-axis (price), the crosshair would disappear too. it seems like a minor issue but it is so annoying. please fix!
