As noted in another post, if your "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Current Selected Service" is set to "SC Data - All Services" then the correct symbol is "YMH24-CBOT" (note it is -CBOT, not -CME). But in the end, the best thing to do is to use the "File >> Find Symbol" window to find the symbol you want, which will then have it in the correct format for the service you have selected.
