We do not have data for $INX or the VIX Index (we have VIX Futures). We are not sure what you are looking for in terms of the "NQ Index". Our recommendation would be to check if DTN IQ Feed has the data you are looking for, as we can interface to them. Refer to the following: DTN IQ Feed Data Service If you do go this route, then you would need to install a second Sierra Chart to connect to IQ Feed, since your first one would be connected to Global Data Feeds. Refer to the following for how to install a second Sierra Chart: Using Multiple Data and Trading Services at the Same Time: Step-By-Step Instructions to Install Multiple Copies of Sierra Chart Also, keep in mind that the reason you are able to connect to Global Data Feed with Package 5 is because you are evaluating Package 12 for the next 29 days. You need to be on one of the "Integrated" packages in order to be able to connect to a trading/data provider. Just be sure you change to one of the "Integrated" packages before your evaluation time ends. For these new CBOE indexes you have to go to Service Package 10 and activate the exchange. More information: New CBOE Global Indexes Now Available as of June 1, 2024 | Post: 383955 ---- To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link. Or go to this page: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation You will need to login if you are not currently logged in. In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button. The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price. There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted. When changing between Sierra Chart Service Packages, the usage time ending date on your Sierra Chart account is adjusted based upon the price differences between the package you are changing from and the package you are changing to. When changing to a higher priced package, your usage time ending date will be brought back closer in time. When changing to a lower-priced package, your usage time ending date will be brought forward further out in time. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. We see that you just changed to Package 11. While on Package 5, you would not get the data as we do not have delayed streaming data for the CBOE Indices, and you can not connect to the real-time data on the "Base" packages. You should be good now that you are on Package 11. Let us know if you are still having a problem.
