adjusting scale/shifting range on chart

I've observed a new occurrence. I typically have my charts set to "interactive scale move" such that when i drag the Y-axis, the range adjusts as it should. If I need to compress/expand range, I drag the axis while holding CTRL button on the keyboard. Lately, the CTRL + drag has stopped responding and it only moves the chart. I'm certain that my CTRL button works fine in other applications. Is there a reason this is happening?

We are not seeing any issue with this functionality. Please update to the latest release to start to make sure it is not a version issue, and then check that you have your Interactive Scale option set to "Interactive Scale Move" and that it is not locked.
