Hi I am on day one with your product and want to be sure the orders are working correctly. on my trade activity log under trade activity tab I see 0$ as account balance. I have teton selected as my service (package paid for as well as cme data paid), and I have amp as my clearing firm. it seems as if the starting balance of my account didnt port over maybe? Do I have to do something else for this to populate so I can accurately watch my balance and margins? thanks.

Please select "Trade >> Trade Account Monitor/Balances Window" and tell us if the Account Value listed in this window shows properly or not.
