Customizing anchor options for rectangle tool

The only width options for the rectangle tool are in 5 min increments on a 5 min chart. Can they be set to 2.5 increments? When I manually adjust the anchor points to be between 5 min the rectangle still starts/ends at closest 5 min interval.

All drawing tools set the anchors at the bar period times (x) and the Tick Size (y). This can not be changed it is how Sierra Chart is setup.
