Secondary Grid Lines do not show up

Dear Support,

I am trying to turn on the secondary grid by specifying a non-zero value increment in the scale settings of a chart, different from the increment of the horizontal grid.

The Chart > Horizontal Grid option is turned on, and the two gridlines are also configured correctly in the Chart Graphics settings as well, but no secondary gridlines appear on my chart.

Is there anything else I need to turn on/enable to make the secondary grid lines visible?

I am running SC v2586.

Thank you.

Keep in mind, the Secondary Grid is a way to draw the Main Grid Line different for every n'th number of Main Grid Lines. So if you enter a value of 2 for the "Number of Increments for Secondary Grid", then every other main grid line will be drawn using the settings for the Secondary Grid Line.

This also means that you have to have the Graphics Settings for these two item set differently in order to see the effect.

Refer to the following:
Chart Scale and Scale Adjusting: Number of Increments for Secondary Grid (Scale Settings)

Thanks for the reply.

I was confused, because the default value of the Secondary Gridlines display multiple decimals fractions and thought that I have to specify the Secondary grid line increment in the exact price format of the symbol and not in the increments of the main grid line.

It is clear now.
