Trade Window not showing up

My detached trade window doesn't seem to be showing up at all. I tried Window>Reset Windows as that has worked in the past, but no luck. The message log pops up when I try to reset windows. The following is what it says:

The Message Log always comes up after selecting "Windows >> Reset Windows", it is not something to be concerned with.

The Trade Window is considered a child window of the chart, therefore you would need to select "Chart >> Reset Child Windows" in order to reset the position of the Trade Window. Refer to the following:
