Horizontal Lines Moved or Changed No Longer Appear on Linked Charts

Existing horizontal lines drawn on chart #2 show on chart #4 as they always did. However, if I try to move a line, it disappears from chart #4 while still visible on chart #2. This was not a problem before the update suggested to fix the problem of the crosshairs not appearing.

We are not seeing any issues with this in the current release. If you are able to reproduce this, then please get us a chartbook that contains these two charts so we can see if we can reproduce it.
