I changed brokers and data and now it keeps trying to download the data from the old broker with the old symbol, and keeps filling up my inbox non-stop.

What order routing service are you using with your new broker?

We need to know this to point you to the proper instructions for that new broker.

I'm using rithimic and the other one I was using teton

Your log shows that you are setup to connect to Rithmic, but you do not have the correct symbols. Open your Chartbooks and select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service". This will update the symbols to be the Rithmic symbols.
