I upgraded to Denali / Teton from Denali / CQG.
I followed the instructions and used Edit-Translate symbols.
Version is current 2586 -64 bit
I have used Global Setting-Symbols-Update symbol list
I have restarted (Twice).

I do not show spread symbols in the symbol list and my spread charts no longer update.

Can you point me in the correct direction to resolve this issue.

Thank You

For spread symbols, refer to:
Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Exchange Traded Spreads

Keep in mind that the spread symbols are not going to be the same, and the translate symbols may not have worked properly to update the symbols for those charts, so you may have to change them manually - you will have to look at each one to determine this.

Thank you for the prompt reply. I have included a screen shot of my options. I am familiar with how to choose and chart the spreads but the selection is gone from the find symbol window. Only the CBOT remains.

The process you used previously is not how you get the spreads when you are connected to the Teton Order Routing. The instructions you now need to follow are at the following link:
Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Exchange Traded Spreads

The CBOT (Spreads) really should not be there. That is something we will have to look into.
