error as above . im at my wits end trying to load this cb i have 3 other seperate cbs on differant rithmic logins ,this one i have no idea what the problems are 1 i have a personal acc with ironbeam 2 i have rithmic acc with topstep ,apex and recently take profit trader 3 topstep apex work fine on seperate instalations problem cb with take profit trader shows error message as above ,it did load properly one day this week ? it will seem to load daily bars only and when i change to intraday ie volume or 5m bars all the bars go to the left side of the screen and looks weird i have read loads on chats done all of the steps recomended and cannot get this to load as it should i started this cb by sending charts from another chartbook of mine via the send file option as i did with my second instalation any help would be much appreciated kind regards |

Is this a particular Chartbook for which you are having a problem, or is it an entire installation? Also, we need to know exactly what is stated in the Red Box that you are getting. And finally, we need to know what "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Current Selected Service" is set to for this installation where you are having trouble.
