Adding 'Chart Values/Crosshair' tool to Control Bar

Hi, I am trying to add the 'Chart Values/Crosshair' tool to the Control Bar. When I go to into Customize Control Bar I see every other tool listed but not 'Chart Values/Crosshair'. Can you please let me know how to add 'Chart Values/Crosshair' to my Control Bar? |

In the Control Bar items on the left under the "Tools" section, it would be the second item in that section, just under "Pointer Tool" and is named "Chart Values Tool". If it is not there, then it is already added to that toolbar somewhere on the right. You would need to find it and then you can move it up/down from its current position.
